Shipping Policy

Shipping Methods

We offer tracked and insured flat-rate shipping to both West and East Malaysia for RM8 and RM15 respectively, with plans to expand to other countries in the Southeast Asia Region by 2026.  The available methods will be displayed at checkout.

Our preferred couriers for Malaysia are:

West Malaysia: DHL eCommerce

East Malaysia: Citylink

Insurance coverage is currently unavailable for soft launch. However, in the future, basic insurance coverage will be available for orders of up to RM200. For orders valued above RM200, the option to add insurance will also be available at a cost of (total order value x 2.5%).

Large Orders

We consider orders that cannot fit into a standard bubble mailer to be large orders.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and the shipping method selected. The total shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before completing your purchase.

Shipping Standards

Cards will be placed in a Toploader, wrapped with bubble wrap, placed in a small cardboard box, taped and placed into a mailer. This is to ensure cards are well protected on their journey from our hands to yours!

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary based on your location and are subject to final confirmation. Once confirmed, West Malaysian addresses take 1-3 business days in transit, and East Malaysian addresses can take up to 5 business days to arrive. Please consult the tracking information for further details.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

International Shipping

We currently only offer shipping within Malaysia. We are planning to begin shipping internationally in the close future!

Lost/Damaged/Delayed Items

If your order is lost, damaged or delayed during shipping, please contact us immediately at kopitiamcollectibles@gmail.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue and ensure both parties come to an agreeable resolution.
